Editing Process

We will work on your projects one by one according to the project queue you submitted. The completion time of your project will take approximately 1 – 4 (one to four) days depending on the complexity of the video you provide, but we reserve the right not to guarantee the timeframe for the completion.

By posting or submitting any material to us, you authorize us, or anyone authorized by us, to access and manage the material you provide during our work to completion.

Any loss or damage related to your purchase or use of a third-party website is the responsibility of the third-party. Employment Results

In making a video editing request that you submit, we reserve the right to manage and store the video material that you provide while performing our duties. We will ask for your confirmation before giving your video a “done” status. If within 14 (fourteen) days there is no confirmation or revision request submitted by you to us, then we reserve the right to change your video editing status to “done”. The video editing process with a status of “done” indicates that you declare that you have accepted the entirety of the video editing results that we have done and will be fully responsible for the results.

Revision Request

We will provide our best service to produce videos according to your needs. You can submit as many revisions as you want without any restrictions for the duration of your subscription, and you can simply notify us of any changes or additions you need to make to your project.

Revision requests can be submitted at any time after we have done editing your video. You will be directed to the option to select “done” or “submit revision”. We will immediately complete your order if there is no confirmation or request for revision of your project within 14 (fourteen) days.

Payment

You are obliged to complete payment immediately after the purchase of our products or services. Payment can be made through the payment method we have provided. You agree to comply with and abide by the additional Terms & Conditions of the payment method provider company that specifically applies to your purchase. We reserve the right to suspend your account or your access to our services if applicable fees are not paid.

By completing your payment, you represent and warrant to PT Kita Manusia Hebat that the payment information is accurate. You are authorized to use the payment instrument, PT Kita Manusia Hebat is not responsible for any negligence or violation committed in relation thereto. You are obliged to update your account information regarding any changes to your billing address that you submitted on our website.

PT Kita Manusia Hebat reserves the right to change your subscription fees from time to time. Notification of changes in subscription fees will be uploaded on the website of PT Kita Manusia Hebat. You are responsible for checking the PT Kita Manusia Hebat website regularly for any changes noticed.

Subscription

We provide a wide selection of subscription-based video editing services. You have the right to choose to subscribe to any service according to your project needs. Your subscription and any add-ons will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the expiry of the applicable subscription period. After canceling your subscription, you will continue to gain access to your subscription services until the end of your paid subscription billing period.

The expiration of your paid subscription billing period will terminate your access to the editing services subscription service we provide. We reserve the right to delete your files, media, and assets in the event of no editing activities of your submitted order within 30 (thirty) days after the end of your paid subscription billing period.

Please note that there are no refunds for subscription cancellations or for unused time during the billing cycle.

Content Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend your video if there is an indication of violation to these Terms & Conditions. During the period of suspension of your video, it is your responsibility to provide clarification regarding indications of such violations. We reserve the right to refuse your clarification and not proceed with editing the video. You agree not to follow up on the editing of the video in the event of rejection of the clarification you provide regarding the video.

Video Content Ownership

All rights to the work created by us will belong entirely to you. We reserve the right to publish the work we create on your video on our portfolio website. You can object by notifying us if you do not allow us to publish the work.

You acknowledge and agree that all the works created by PT Kita Manusia Hebat have become your property. With the ownership of these rights, you release PT Kita Manusia Hebat from all responsibilities regarding problems that may arise in the future.

Personal Information

We prioritize the security of all forms of personal information that you provide to us. Provisions regarding the security of your personal information can be seen in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of PT Kita Manusia Hebat’s Liability
